If you see displayed this Error Message, this means that the Channel Manager hasn't the permission to access your Hotel ID account.

The connection between your Channel Account and our Channel Manager service e4jConnect must be activated first. The activation generally consists of some preliminary steps, depending on the channel:

  1. You send us the connection request.
  2. We confirm your connection request as soon as we receive it.
