If you are getting that generic error message about the API key being invalid, then it's probably for two reasons:

1. The API Key is expired. The subscription of your API Key has expired so you need to renew it. Click here to know how to renew your subscription.

2. The API Key is still valid but no credentials for no channels are assigned to your new account yet.

This probably happened because the Channel Manager was configured with a different API key. In order to resolve this issue, it is necessary to change the API key in the page Settings of the Channel Manager by setting the new one. At this point, once you have clicked the Save button, you should visit again the page Settings, and for each channel you should make a change in the "Channel Settings" section to trigger an update of the information on our central servers.

For example, for a channel like Booking.com or Expedia, you may find a setting called "Price Comparison", and you should change it to the opposite value you had previously saved. By hitting the Save button, the information will be updated also on our servers because you have made a change to one setting. You can then put this setting back to its original value and click Save again.

This operation should be repeated for every channel you have installed.
