As stated in other sections of the Knowledge Base, you need to set up your Vrbo listings through Vik Channel Manager before even requesting the activation of the Vrbo account or connection with E4jConnect.

Once you have set up at least one listing for Vrbo in your Channel Manager, you will be able to use the Self-Service Onboarding (SSO) link displayed in the page Settings of Vik Channel Manager, that will pre-fill your advertiser and software information on the Vrbo's official sign in or sign up page for the final activation of the account and connection.

The screen shot below shows an example of how the "SSO" link is displayed when you've configured at least one listing for Vrbo and synced it with their platform.
